Modi might have done all this. But whether the above photo is genuine!? I have some doubt about the veracity of this photo as Modi's face is looking like as if he did this in his 50s by which time he was a National Politician. If Modi swept floors as part of his duty for livlihood or as part of his social work, it must have been during his teens and at the mostin his 20s. The face in the photo is not matching to that age when Modi might have done Sweeping etc.
